Welcome in the painter’s atelier
Meaning “still life,” there is certainly nothing still about life at V Zatisi.
Evoking the atmosphere of a painter’s atelier, with elements including a painter’s easel, library, and a collection of still life paintings from Czech masters such as Jan Zrzavý and Max Švabinský, V Zatisi’s surroundings have been created to enhance the experience of its culinary artistry. The result is fine food and dining brought to the level of an art form.

The superb cuisine of the restaurant has been recognized and recommended by Michelin 2007. The Chef Milan Horejs will seduce your taste buds with his Czech crispy duckling, rack of lamb or the grilled Sea Bass... Always fresh, using the highest quality ingredients from local farmers practicing ecological production, our menu reflects new trends by also offering bio items and lighter meals in response to our client’s desires.
To complete your culinary experience, we will recommend you some of the best Moravian, French, Italian and New World wines, thoughtfully selected by our sommelier and offered at a reasonable price. Some of them you will find at V Zatisi exclusively. If some of the wines is really exceptional, we buy out the whole batch.
