HOW DO I RESERVE A TABLE?
Table reservations can be made online via our websites (right upper corner).
DO YOU WELCOME WALK-IN GUESTS?
We do, although please be aware that evenings are generally our busy period so we would suggest you ring in advance.
HOW LONG IS MY TABLE HELD FOR?
If you have reserved a table, we will hold your table for up to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold a table for any longer, as we do get extremely busy at times, and it would be unfair on other customers. We will try our best to accommodate you and provide an alternative table as soon as we can, but please understand that this may not always be easy. If you or your guests are running late, please inform the receptionist so that alternative arrangements can be made to accommodate your guests as soon as they arrive.
WHY THERE IS A DEPOSIT PAYMENT REQUIRED?
For reservations 5+ persons a refundable deposit payment 500 CZK per person is required as a guarantee to secure the booking and prevent no-shows. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill in the restaurant or returned to your account if you cancel at least 24hours prior the event.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Our dress code is smart-casual. For the comfort of all guests and to better deliver on our promise of a refined atmosphere, proper dress is required. Please avoid clothing such as gym attire, sweatpants, tank tops, hats, clothing with offensive language or images, and exposed undergarments.
Based on the hat etiquette gentlemen shall remove the hat while entering restaurant premises.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Our culinary team can accommodate certain food allergies and dietary restrictions, if being informed in advance.
To ensure that our team can accommodate your or your guest’s request, please answer our pre-visit questions at the reservation form or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours in advance.
HOW LONG IS THE DINING EXPERIENCE AT V ZÁTIŠÍ?
The Degustation menu or Feast sharing menu typically lasts about 1,5 to 2 hours.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Our restaurant is located in historical centre of Prague and also the residency zone, where parking slots are mostly dedicated to Prague residents, therefore we are not offering valet parking services. We recommend using the nearest parking houses at Rudolfinum Music Hall +420 222 328 687 or at National Theatre +420 224 901 443.
From both locations you can easily reach us on foot (approx. 10 minutes) or using tram public transport from station Národní divadlo or Staroměstská to station Karlovy lazne.
ARE CHILDREN/BABIES ALLOWED IN THE RESTAURANT?
We welcome well-behaved children in the restaurant, all we ask is that you are mindful of the other diners. Please do let us know in advance, if you arrive with stroller or require a baby highchair, so we can accommodate this.
We do not have baby changing facilities or private breastfeeding area.
