Gastronomy has been part of our family for generations. In eight years at Bellevue restaurant, I have worked in every position, which allowed me to get an understanding of the restaurant operations. Constant progress, looking for and creating new trends, a great team and the support of a large company are the main reasons why I cannot imagine my professional life without Bellevue and nowadays newly also without V Zátiší restaurant.

I fell for gastronomy at the age of 15. I worked in excellent restaurants in England and in one brand-new restaurant in Australia. I come from Slovakia, but I have found my home in Prague. Prague is very close to me and, in my opinion, it is full of inspiration.

I gained my experience working in restaurants in top hotels in India, as a chef in a restaurant in Mauritius and at the Geneva restaurant Rasoi Vineet Bhatia, in the Mandarian Oriental Hotel, where I worked alongside the renowned chef Paul Bocuse, under whose leadership the restaurant received two Michelin stars. I want a visit to the restaurant to be an enjoyable experience for our guests, so I try to create food that will excite, surprise and enchant them.

I started to work at V Zátiší Group in 2009 at the Mlýnec restaurant, where I later became a deputy manager. Since the summer of 2007, I have been a part of the V Zátiší restaurant team. What I like about gastronomy is the fact that it is constantly developing and there is always something interesting going on around it. People - or, rather, social network fans - get inspired by gastronomy, and I enjoy creating the content, sharing it with our guests and communicating with them.
