I started to work at V Zátiší Group in 2009 at the Mlýnec restaurant, where I later became a deputy manager. Since the summer of 2007, I have been a part of the V Zátiší restaurant team. What I like about gastronomy is the fact that it is constantly developing and there is always something interesting going on around it. People - or, rather, social network fans - get inspired by gastronomy, and I enjoy creating the content, sharing it with our guests and communicating with them.

I fell for gastronomy at the age of 15. I worked in excellent restaurants in England and in one brand-new restaurant in Australia. I come from Slovakia, but I have found my home in Prague. Prague is very close to me and, in my opinion, it is full of inspiration.

Creative Indian Chef

I started in the hotel industry, where I had the honor of meeting a lot of great inspirational chefs. I was very influenced by working in Thaiwan with the chef Joseph. This is where I first met Indian fine-dining (until then I knew more about traditional home-made Indian cuisine). I decided to develop Indian cuisine, which is close to my heart. I enjoy elevating it to a higher level.

I feel a strong team spirit at Zátiší Group. It is evident that the people have a strong desire for the restaurant to be successful and for the guests to say “wow” when leaving. Our restaurant is all about culinary delights –I swear by the crispy duckling, potato dumpling and red cabbage!
