I think my colleagues think of me as a piece of old furniture that has been at the V Zátiší restaurant since its beginning. I started as an inexperienced waiter at the Parnas restaurant in 1993. As time passed, I managed to become a Chef de Rang (assistant headwaiter). In 1997 I was helped create a new team at the Bellevue restaurant and nowadays I can call the V Zátiší restaurant my home. I have been working here as a restaurant manager since 2001.

I fell for gastronomy at the age of 15. I worked in excellent restaurants in England and in one brand-new restaurant in Australia. I come from Slovakia, but I have found my home in Prague. Prague is very close to me and, in my opinion, it is full of inspiration.

I lived in London and Edinburg for more than 12 years and worked for such gastronomic legends such as Albert Roux, Paul Merrett and the Galvin brothers. After my arrival in Prague I looked for a job where I could both continue to develop my skills and use all tje experinece I collected abroad. I found it all at V Zátiší. We started with a new concept of two master chefs, and together with the great V Zátiší team we were able to move ourselves to the gastronomic top.

I have been working for Zátiší Group since 2004. For the previous 15 years I worked in international hotel chains and exclusive restaurants in India and Asia. What I appreciate at the V Zátiší restaurant is that I can experiment in the kitchen and I can fully meet our guests expectations. I strive for perfection and try to find what impresses them, surprises them and enchants them, too. What really matters to me is my family and the invention and preparation of unconventional meals.

I have been working at the V Zátiší restaurant since 2005, but I was also working for the group as a temporary worker while I was a student. Why did I choose gastronomy ? I have always loved good food and I have always liked to make people smile. As the time passed, I became a wine-lover, too.

I started to work at V Zátiší Group in 2009 at the Mlýnec restaurant, where I later became a deputy manager. Since the summer of 2007, I have been a part of the V Zátiší restaurant team. What I like about gastronomy is the fact that it is constantly developing and there is always something interesting going on around it. People - or, rather, social network fans - get inspired by gastronomy, and I enjoy creating the content, sharing it with our guests and communicating with them.

Jana: I started to work at V Zátiší just after finishing school, in September 2013. At the beginning I served guests at the table and now I welcome them at the reception. I am interested in gastronomy and I like to visit different restaurants.
Táňa: I feel like I am part of the family at V Zátiší because I have been working here since 1996. I also consider the guests as part of that family who have come to see us for years.
