Summer cuisine is traditionally light, full of vegetables, juicy flavors and fresh combinations. Igor Chramec prepared a colorful menu for guests featuring foie gras with apricots and rosemary. The main courses are dominated by a light meat treatment. You can try zander with cauliflower, leek and lemon gel or duck breast with buckwheat, kohlrabi and lavender. A delicate Pavlova dessert with Pakistani mango awaits you.
