Once again, we are hosting a foreign michelin star chef who will perform his culinary skills. This year’s choice is the esteemed Mourad Haddouche. As a young frenchman he has already gained an abundance of experience over the years of working in restaurants in France and worldwide. He received his first michelin star in 2010 in the restaurant Louiseau des Vignes.
Mourad, originating from Marseille, appreciates his native cuisine, but strives to elevate it with international flavours. He is very curious, loves to travel and, according to him, every journey is a source of inspiration. His cooking, quite literally, knows no boundaries. His innovation, willingness to try new things, and fusion of traditional and modern gastronomy allows him to create perfectly balanced and original dishes.
