Starring beef tartare & ravioli
Our menu has been transformed. When you visit us, try these two menu highlights, which come recommended by Chef Daniel himself:
Beef tartare combined with Carskaya caviar - perfectly complemented by the newly introduced German wine from the renowned Dr. H. Thanisch winery, the 2023 Mosel - Riesling Kabinett.
Tsar caviar was previously widely used in our restaurants, but since it is no longer exported, we now use Carskaya caviar from the Baltics in its stead.
Also try the new ravioli stuffed with pulled rabbit leg and tarragon sauce. To best enjoy this dish, we recommend accompanying it with a František Zapletal Moravian red, the Bellegrado 2019, Velké Bílovice.
