Marek Šáda has twenty years of cooking experience, which has given him an important perspective. He gained his experience in our country, but also in the USA. For several years he worked in our sister restaurant Mlýnec. Under his leadership, Bellevue ranked among the top 20 restaurants in Europe according to Trip Advisor's user ratings.

The space for creativity gives him especially local ingredients, which he chooses himself. At the same time, he enjoys international classics. The combination of local and international cuisine is what best describes him.
