Marek Všelicha
Managing Director
Half Praguer and half Londoner, he joined the V Zátiší team after spending15 years abroad. He gained experience in such prestigious places as Icebar London, Roka Mayfair, the Michelin-starred Kitchen W8 and Le Comptoir Robuchon. Marek is a dedicated professional who cares not only for his guests but also for his team. He believes that hospitality helps people forget about their everyday worries and enjoy life, which is his primary mission and that of the entire V Zátiší team as well.

Daniel Bureš
Head chef
A chef for whom authenticity in the kitchen comes first. He focuses on simple but perfectly prepared dishes using quality ingredients. He has gained key experience at top restaurants La Finestra and Bellevue, which was awarded among the top 20 restaurants in Europe by Trip Advisor. At V Zátiší restaurant, he emphasizes food that is not only delicious, but leaves a deep experience in the guests.

Václav Lisner
Deputy Manager
I joined Zátiší Group in 2014 after gaining three years of experience in Austria. I began as a waiter, then worked as a bartender at Mlýnec, where I discovered the magic of premium spirits. Eventually, I became the Deputy Manager here at V Zátiší. What I enjoy most about this job is crafting the best experience for you, our guests, and working with the latest trends in modern gastronomy.

Miroslav Hurt
Deputy Manager
With a short break, I have worked for Zátiší Group for almost 8 years. Most of my experience comes from Bellevue, where I learned a lot about gastronomy and how to appreciate quality wine thanks to my wonderful colleagues. What I value most in my job is when guests thank us for an unforgettable experience and return regularly. In my free time, I love traveling, exploring new cuisines, watching a good series or movie, and relaxing with PC games.
