Do you accept guests without reservations?
Yes, we do, but please keep in mind that evenings are often sold out, so it is better to call ahead. On busy days, we may not have tables available for guests without reservations.
How long does lunch/dinner take, approximately?
The tasting menu usually lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. If you would like to enjoy this menu, we recommend reserving a table no later than 1:30 p.m. for lunch and 8:30 p.m. for dinner.
How long will you hold our table in case of a delay?
If you have reserved a table, we will hold it for up to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold tables for longer than this, as we are often fully booked and it would be unfair to other customers. We will do our best to accommodate you and provide an alternative table as soon as possible, but please understand that this may not always be easy. If you or your guests are running late, please inform the reception so that we can arrange alternative seating.
Is there a specific dress code required at your establishment?
The recommended dress code is smart-casual.
Can you cater to guests with allergies, intolerances, or other dietary requirements?
Our culinary team can accommodate most food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions if informed in advance. To enable our team to best meet your requirements, please inform us in the reservation form or contact us at vzatisi@zatisigroup.cz at least 24 hours in advance.
