This year’s Truffle Festival at V Zátiší welcomes a very special guest - Italian chef Massimiliano Musso from the Michelin-starred restaurant Ca’ Vittoria in the heart of Piedmont. His cuisine combines four generations of family tradition with modern gastronomy, creativity, and a deep respect for the finest ingredients. Exclusively for our festival, he has created a unique truffle menu, which he will personally present and prepare in the V Zátiší kitchen from November 17 to 22.
